Trinity Corporate Services is searching for a talented team player to fill the role of a Product Owner in our Dallas, Texas office.  In this role, the Product Owner will be responsible for driving the success of our Customer Digital Platform. As a key member of a cross functional business team, this individual will be responsible for managing customer adoption of the product, obtaining customer and team member feedback, identifying enhancement opportunities, project managing enhancement releases and leading change management across strategic initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Leverage analytics on usage, adoption and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the product (30%)
  • Identify key drivers impacting usage and adoption
  • Develop and track customer adoption metrics
  • Leverage learnings to develop additional solutions that will provide value to customer
  • Document requirements for enhancement requests (10%)
  • Obtain product feedback from customers and team members (10%)
  • Implement and manage change across TRLMS strategic initiatives to meet project outputs (30%)
  • Manage stakeholder communications (5%)
  • Create schedules and project timelines (5%)
  • Track deliverables, risks and assess project status to completion (5%)
  • Create executive level presentations representing the overall progress (5%)

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent project management, change management and communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
  • Understand the wider objectives of the product, such as business and strategic goals
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
  • Driven and accountable with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines
  • Courageous and collaborative style
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work with and build relationships across varying personalities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
