Security Monitoring Controller

Trinity Industries Corporate is hiring a Security Monitoring Controller at our Dallas, TX corporate office!
In this role, you will perform security related tasks to include electronic security system monitoring, incident and activity report preparation, and other surveillance monitoring duties while working in the company’s Security Monitoring Center (SMC).
What you'll do:
- Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks
- Work on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives
- Perform routine clerical duties using prescribed procedures
- Solve administrative problems which are limited in scope and complexity
- Ability to follow oral or simple written instructions and procedures
- Uses standard approaches
- Serves as a team member
What you'll need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of related experience
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly (with customers and law enforcement)
- Experience with computers (Windows-Based)
- Familiar with MS-Excel, MS-Word
