The Program Manager of Organizational Development is a key contributor to Trinity’s organizational development strategy, program design and execution of a sustainable talent management framework. You will provide sound influence and guidance around a spectrum of engaging, organizational and talent development solutions. You will also collaborate with other key functions in HR to develop and deliver enterprise-wide projects focused on onboarding, change management, coaching, leadership development, career development, and performance management. This role encompasses a variety of simultaneous job activities including defining, planning, administering, analyzing and managing the successful implementation of projects. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Organizational Development.

 

Essential Accountabilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with important stakeholders to ensure that all organizational development solutions are aligned with individual, team and organizational needs.
  • Be a key contributor to the development of effective curriculum and supporting content for all TM, OD and LD solutions to include training documents, talking points, guidelines, FAQs etc.
  • Manage vendor relationships to coordinate deliverables and ensure effectiveness
  • Consult with internal human resource business partners to diagnose and understand their needs in order to develop recommendations for improvement
  • Leads the implementation of specific OD programs and coaches leaders to improve organizational capabilities
  • Plans, organizes and facilitate in-person and virtual meetings where necessary
  • Drive awareness of available development resources through creative campaigns and other internal processes
  • Contribute to overall effectiveness of Trinity’s competency model strategy solutions

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required
  • 7+ years in an OD, L&D, or TM related role
  • Demonstrated ability to show OD program effectiveness through compelling and measurable metrics
  • Experience with performance management frameworks and competency models
  • Prior experience as a thought partner and a coach to senior leaders
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate at all levels in an organization
  • Excellent communication skills including presentation, facilitation and written formats
  • Experience facilitating 9-box talent reviews at various levels of the organization
  • Project management skills including the ability to manage complex programs in complex organization structures
  • Experience with change management programs, learnings and interventions designed to increase early adoption and ownership of change
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to grasp data quickly
  • Preference given to candidates with certifications in coaching and behavorial and cognitive assessments
  • Experience with Oracle HCM is a plus
  • Potential travel up to 20%
