Process/Production Lead

Trinity Highway is searching for a Process/Production Lead in our Lima, OH plant!
Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:00pm-6:30am
What you’ll do:
- Manage all daily activities of department employees
- Demonstrate and promote Trinity's Core Values
- Follow, promote, and enforce all safety rules and practices to ensure a safe work environment
- Drive Change Events, Lean Events, Goals and Company Policies
- Accurately record and report all necessary documents related to the department (i.e. CAR, OJT, Work Orders, Production Reports, Time Sheets, etc.)
- Utilize Lean tools to enhance production throughout while maintaining a high production standard
- Manage all assets & resources to ensure all required deliveries are met
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Identify issues, determine a root cause, and implement counter measure
- Mitigate challenges by utilizing innovative ideas and methods
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
- 3 years industrial leadership experience
- Hot Dip Galvanizing experience preferred
- Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
- Great time/task management skill
- Excellent verbal/written communication skill
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to follow directions and maintain a professional work environment
