Foreman - Direct
The Foreman will lead a team in the manufacturing process to ensure quality and timely production, and assist equipment operators, assembly workers, and other process operators to complete assignments.
What you’ll do:
- Exercise limited authority for personnel actions such as recommending and communicating disciplinary actions
- Provide input in performance documentation process
- Responsible for handling Kronos approvals
- May perform the same duties as the employees they supervise
- Maintains and completes all required records
- Maintain and improve quality
- Train and ensure the safety of team members
- Works closely with production managers and production planning
- Comply with all company safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
What you’ll need:
- Competency in leading manufacturing process
- Performs housekeeping and maintains all required records.
- May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience leading a team to perform manufacturing tasks
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Safely and efficiently perform all essential functions
Preferred:
- Forklift experience

- Function as a team member
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and co-workers
- Regular and predictable attendance
